Birdie Tunic at Target and a Day in the Life of my Menu!

If you are hankering for this "Anthroesque" tunic from the Mossimo line at Target, RUN, don't walk to get it! Check it out on Lisa HERE - so cute! After seeing it in Lisa's WIWW post, I had to go by Target to prepare for a baby shower, so I took a gander. I picked up the last one in my size, but they had plenty of others. Well, tonight, back for more baby shower stuff and POOF - gone! There were 2 XXL left! I think this one is going to be hot one. AND it's on sale for $5 off this week - $17.99.

Continuing on with my Happiness Project and my focus on energy, Power 90 has been working out GREAT! I love it, I love Tony Horton! We are just ending week 4 - every day we have stuck with it! I've lost weight, inches, my clothes fit better, but best of all, I feel so much stronger!! BRING IT!

It's so much easier for me to eat right while working out - they just go hand in hand. NO WAY do I want to sabotage all my hard work in the gym for some M&M's! This is what my meals looked like today!

Upon Rising: I drink Amazing Grass and spirulina in water when I awake to detoxify and alkalinize my body

Breakfast: Egg White Omelet- I put a thin layer of egg whites in the pan, cooked it up like a thin tortilla - added super low cal salsa and some good fat guacamole and came in at 170 calories! I also had 1 slice of uncured bacon.

Snack: Starbucks Clover brewed coffee (this stuff is the BOMB) and Kind bar

Lunch: Zucchini noodles (I have a little machine that makes veggies into noodle strings) topped with marinara and chicken meatballs and a mixed green salad

Snack: Peanut Butter Puffins cereal and Homemade Blueprint Cleanse juice (I make my own following the same ingredients)

Dinner: Turkey Meatloaf, Mashed potatoes and sweet corn

Snack: Blueprint Cleanse juice
