OOTD-Some things that are rocking right now....Old Navy, Chocolate Green Smoothies, and ME!

I am feeling simply FABULOUS these days! So many great things going on! And it all started with my Happiness Project! At the start of year I begin reading this book - each month calls for a different goal you set for yourself. My first goal was "energy" and I'm almost to day 60 of the program Power 90 from Beachbody. I am so proud! I have stuck with this every step of the way and I'm meeting my goals! You can see on my ticker, 9 pounds and several inches are gone. But beyond that, I feel great! Energetic, sleeping so well, strong! My kids have gone all the way through Power 90 with me too - they are all feeling stronger and making awesome food choices daily!

Another part of the "energy" quotient was to tackle some projects that have been hanging over your head. I got our taxes done, I cleaned out my laundry room and closet, got some projects for church done I was working on, got a large work project completed...........getting things done really does make you more energetic!

OK, now for a news flash - I have been preaching Green Smoothies for years now. Loving my green smoothies, but I must have been living in a CAVE because did you know you can have a Chocolate Green Smoothie and you can't even taste the green??? It's nuts. I have been using Amazing Grass for a few years now, just drinking the green superfood in water. Well, they have a chocolate version, packed full of greens, antioxidants, probiotics, fiber and enzymes. I mix almond milk, a scoop of Chocolate Amazing Grass, a tablespoon of cocoa, 2 tablespoons of PB2 and 2 big handfuls of spinach with ice. Oh super yumm!! I love this morning smoothie - it keeps me satisfied all morning. And it's killing my sweet cravings! LOVE IT! Teri Jo from Amazing Grass sent me some samples, so soon I will post a review of their other products. For sure, Amazing Grass Chocolate Infusion and Amazing Meal Chocolate Infusion score a 10++ from me!

Lastly, Old Navy is rocking right now! So many cute things. I got a Friends & Family coupon for this weekend and I was so pleased this skirt I had my eye on for some time was on clearance. With the extra discount, I got it for $9 and some change! I am on the hunt for the new navy/red sailboat top, but so far, my stores haven't gotten it in yet. I got some inspiration for this skirt HERE and HERE! I love that I can google and item and find all kinds of blogger inspiration!
