Who Let the Dogs Out to Vote?

It's Election Day! November 6th!  Show your spirit!  I'm showing my spirit in my red, white and blue because we are blessed to live in America, the land of free and the home of the brave!

The kids have a big school project today - they have to conduct an exit poll.  We will be at the polling place for a while today!

I don't follow politics that closely. Perhaps I should follow it more. I feel that my time is better spent nurturing and encouraging my children.  I do, however, appreciate the freedom in America and I want it to remain a strong and moral country.  No matter what the outcome of today's election, I know Who is in control - the Almighty.  We serve a powerful God and I put my trust in Him.

Blessed be the name of God forever and ever, to whom belong wisdom and might. He changes times and seasons; he removes kings and sets up kings; he gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding (Daniel 2:20-21).

Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God (Romans 13:1).

  1. Amen. I'm thrilled we have the rights we do, but even more thrilled to worship a God who has it all in hand.

Great take on patriotic! I too love that doggie shirt. And the scripture. God is always in control.

  7. Love your patriotic colors for Election Day! Every year as I get older I learn more about history and what our country stands for and I, too, am so thankful for our rights and freedoms.
