I'm looking forward to getting my new Breville Juicer from CSN soon! Then I may tackle Jason Vale's 7 day detox!
Congratulations! You probably gained in muscle so it cancelled out the fat, thus no pounds lost. But you're healthier!
ReplyDeleteYou may have not lost a pound, but you may have gotten more defined and trim. Take measurements of everything that's what I do...the scale doesn't tell you what the tape does! GOOD LUCK NEXT MONTH :D!!!
ReplyDeleteWow, congrats Peggy! What an accomplishment!
ReplyDeleteHoly cow! Go, Peggy, go! That's awesome!
ReplyDeleteYou probably gained some serious muscle in your legs from all of that. Great job!!!
Wow, congratulations! It's way too cold here to walk and I miss it so much. You go girl!!! How is Hs ing going with you? Having a rough day, no one wants to listen!! Maybe I should threaten to take them to PS! LOL, that should do it. :0)

Congratulations!!! What a great achievement!
ReplyDeletePeggy- This is an AMAZING accomplishment! I tried to follow in your footsteps (almost literally!) but the girls and I didn't make it to even 10 miles.:( I did walk more than that but did not keep track. I was no where near 100 but you are such an inspiration! I am SO proud of you! Lori
ReplyDeleteOh now I just feel bad. Because I so need to follow suit. But I just don't have the time. I would have to give up blogging. Wow on that juicer thing. It looks big enough to juice you Peggy. Please don't fall in that behemouth. Ha-ha!
ReplyDeleteGreat job! Jeff and I are going to try the same thing this month. It will be our first attempt at getting healthier together:)
ReplyDeleteGood job Peggy!!!!
ReplyDeleteI am jealous you are getting a juicer!
Congrats! That is so wonderful for you :) We're in the process of painting and cleaning and furnishing our new house and that is literally what I spend all my free time doing. Once we actually move my goal is to go to the community gym 4 or 5 times a week.
