I did it!!!

I set out 2011 with a small goal for myself, and I achieved it!! It feels good! I made 101.07 miles in January! Didn't loose a pound, but continued on my exercise goal all the same!

  1. Congratulations! You probably gained in muscle so it cancelled out the fat, thus no pounds lost. But you're healthier!

  2. You may have not lost a pound, but you may have gotten more defined and trim. Take measurements of everything that's what I do...the scale doesn't tell you what the tape does! GOOD LUCK NEXT MONTH :D!!!

  5. Wow, congratulations! It's way too cold here to walk and I miss it so much. You go girl!!! How is Hs ing going with you? Having a rough day, no one wants to listen!! Maybe I should threaten to take them to PS! LOL, that should do it. :0)

  8. Peggy- This is an AMAZING accomplishment! I tried to follow in your footsteps (almost literally!) but the girls and I didn't make it to even 10 miles.:( I did walk more than that but did not keep track. I was no where near 100 but you are such an inspiration! I am SO proud of you! Lori

  12. Congrats! That is so wonderful for you :) We're in the process of painting and cleaning and furnishing our new house and that is literally what I spend all my free time doing. Once we actually move my goal is to go to the community gym 4 or 5 times a week.
